PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: September 2026
The C-Suite is a brand of The Systems Edit. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used and handled when you visit thecsuite.life or use C-Suite tools and resources.
1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
When you visit this website, certain technical and usage information may be processed automatically by our website platform and service providers. This may include information such as your device or browser type, general usage information, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
If you contact us through our website contact form or by email, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about your request.
2. THE C-SUITE ANNUAL REVIEW
The C-Suite Annual Review is designed to provide an immediate strategic reflection based on the answers you enter.
At this time, you do not need to create an account or provide your email address to complete the Annual Review.
Your vision, assessment selections, optional notes and response to the Board’s Closing Question are used to generate your Executive Readout during your interaction with the tool. These responses are not currently submitted to or stored by The Systems Edit.
If you choose to complete the separate Annual Review feedback form, we collect your accuracy rating and any additional comments you voluntarily provide. These submissions are collected and stored through Wix Forms and may be used by The Systems Edit to evaluate and improve the C-Suite Annual Review and related resources.
Feedback is optional and does not require you to provide your name or email address. Please avoid including confidential or sensitive personal information in your comments.
If you choose to download your Executive Readout, the resulting file is saved by you on your own device. The Systems Edit does not receive a copy of that downloaded file through the Annual Review.
Please avoid entering confidential, highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information into the Annual Review.
If we introduce a feature in the future that allows users to voluntarily contribute assessment responses for research, product improvement or other purposes, we will explain what information will be collected and request the appropriate permission before those responses are submitted.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Where information is collected through the website, it may be used to operate and maintain the site, understand how visitors use it, improve the website and user experience, respond to enquiries, protect the security and integrity of our services, and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

This website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, for purposes such as analytics, functionality or marketing.
We use a cookie consent tool to allow visitors to manage applicable cookie preferences. The specific technologies used on the site may change as the website and its services develop.
5. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND EXTERNAL LINKS
We may use third-party service providers to operate and support the website and its functionality. These providers may process certain information on our behalf in connection with the services they provide.
Our website is currently hosted using Wix. Links to external platforms, including Amazon and Instagram, may take you to services operated independently of The Systems Edit. Their own privacy policies and practices apply when you use those services.

7. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through our website and services. However, no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Where we directly collect personal information, we retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
